Our team is responsible for
Equipment Reliability & Maintenance
Delivering preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life.
Utilities & Infrastructure Management
Providing reliable power, water, steam, compressed air, and HVAC systems while driving energy efficiency and sustainability.
Projects & Plant Development
Executing capital projects, equipment installations, facility upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
Automation & Technical Support
Managing PLCs, instrumentation, control systems, and delivering effective technical solutions to complex operational challenges.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance while ensuring compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.
Tax Compliance
Tax planning, computation, filing, and statutory compliance
Payroll & Expenses
Payroll review, financial approvals, and expense control
Inventory & Costing
Inventory valuation, costing analysis, and margin reporting
Management Reporting
Preparation of management accounts and financial performance reports
