Nigrel 75

Nigrel 75 is used for atherothrombotic events in

• Myocardial infarction
• Ischaemic stroke
• Acute coronary syndrome.

Composition

• Clopidogrel 75mg

Dosage

• <75yrs: 300mg loading dose, followed by 75mg for 14 days up to 12 months (if no bleeding)
• >75yrs: No loading dose, followed by 75mg for 14 days up to 12 months (if no bleeding).
