Globak Lite is used to:

  • Treat Iron and folic acid deficiency.
  • To treat severe cases of anaemia.

Composition

Each 5ml contains:

  • Iron (III) hydroxide polymaltose (elemental iron -17mg)
  • Folic acid 1mg

Dosage

> For severe anaemia: 120 mg (elemental iron) with folic acid 400 µg daily for 3 months.

> For prevention of iron and folic acid deficiency in pregnancy: 100mg (elemental iron) with 350 – 400 µg folic acid daily throughout pregnancy.
