Sylvester Ofulue

Sylvester is the Managing Director/CEO of Atlantic Fluids & Integrated Services (AFIS), a wholly Nigerian-owned company that began operation in 2007. Sylvester has over 20 years of active experience in drilling engineering, working for Shell Nigeria.

Prior to AFIS, he worked as the Principal Drilling Engineer, at Shell Petroleum Development Company in Nigeria, where he was responsible for the planning and execution of wells, as well as lowering the Non-productive Times for the rigs by exceptional planning of activities, and interfacing with Subsurface, logistics and engineering teams. He was also actively involved in the deployment of SPDC’s first Open-Hole horizontal gravel pack and longest ESS(1500ft).

Sylvester currently sits on the board of PSI Securities Ltd

Sylvester holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ilorin.
